Project developed by Lane Messer

We were getting out the decorations for Christmas and were wondering what to do with all the stuff we and the kids have collected for many, many years.

The big idea!  Make a Christmas wreath for each child, even the granddaughter.

Norman and I went to our favorite flower shop and purchased three wreaths.  Two are 24 inches around the other one is 20 inches around.

Norman hung them on the wall for me.

Then I started to work.  I separated all the Christmas decorations and pulled theirs out.

I began with the oldest child, a girl, and arranged hers.  Then I worked  with the youngest child, a boy, and arranged his.  Then I arranged what little we have so far for the grandchild.  This year will be her second Christmas.

I hope you will try this for someone that is special in your life.  It doesn't even have to be children.  Next year I think I will do one for Norman for his best friend "Yeller".   She is his yellow lab.

This project completed on 12-22-2000.
